HOME STAGING & INTERIOR REDESIGN SOLUTIONS
The STAGING SOLUTION is to assist my clients as an HSR Certified Professional in selling their homes quickly and for top dollar. Through professional staging and redesign techniques, I will transform your home into a warm and invite haven for potential buyers. My goal is to work with you, bringing practical and cost effective solutions that will ultimately result in the sale of your home.
Consultations are the cornerstone and starting point to creating a plan to get a property ready for sale. Home Staging is a 3 step process involving the Consultation, Preparation, and Showcasing of the home.
• Re-arrange, remove or add furniture
• Recommend welcoming paint colors that will appeal to many buyers
• Recommend flooring changes only if absolutely necessary
• Coordinate lighting and modify’s
• Decorative items and personal possessions on display
• Creating Focal Points which are WOW worthy
• Help shop for new accessories to highlight key areas where needed
• Help organize and pack items for storage or removal
• Full preparation and detailing for showings and or open houses
• Coordinate the appropriate professional services to ensure the job is done correctly.
• Staging each space for maximum appeal
We pride ourselves on working with your budget. Most of the time we are able to use what is in the home and only suggest “extras” if we feel it would make a difference in adding that important finishing touch!
- In-Home Consultation
For HOME STAGING & REDESIGN, We will meet with you to discuss your goals, expectations, and ways to realize the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars. We will walk through each room with you. This process helps us gather those important “first impressions.” Upon completion of the walk-through, we will create a report that identifies the top 10 to 15 priorities that need to be addressed. You can choose to schedule a half or a whole day of staging services at this time, or you can choose to do the suggested work yourself.
The consultation usually takes approximately 90 – 120 minutes. (Additional time and fees may apply for larger homes.)
- Half Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign – from $450
For half day of HOME STAGING & REDESIGN, I will be working on the Staging Report that was completed after our consultation. We will begin to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of your home. We will stop just short of the 4 hours to assess our progress. At this time, we will in a more “hands on” approach, working together, we will roll up our sleeves and stage an areas of your home, using what you have on hand. If it is discovered that you will need additional items to complete the look, I would be happy to shop for those items, or I will instruct you on what needs to be purchased.
For the redesign, we will work together to breathe new life into your tired rooms.
- Full Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign – from $750.00
I will spend a full 8 hour day making dramatic transformations to your home. You won’t believe the difference!
- New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend – from $1,050
We will spend two full days before that weekend transforming your house into a buyer’s dream. We will be working from a detailed Report that will be given to you to complete the transformations at the end of the session. Put your best foot forward!
Every home should go through our complete home staging transformation before being listed!
- Shopping Service – $50 per hour
You set the budget! We will shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home. We know where to go to get the discounts on what we purchase for you!
